As a provider of digital learning services, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following terms:
๐ธ Once a course is purchased and access is granted (via login, PDF, video, or class attendance), no refund or cancellation will be provided.
๐ธ Payments made through Razorpay or any third-party payment gateway are considered final and binding.
๐ธ Any user who proceeds to pay confirms that they have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If in the future we provide any physical product (e.g., printed books, pendrives, course kits), then the following will apply:
โ As per EU and Indian consumer law, we offer a minimum 2-year warranty on physical products, free of cost, against manufacturing defects.
๐ If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery:
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt
We may ask for photos or return shipping
A replacement will be provided — refunds will be considered only if replacement is not possible
โ We do not accept returns of physical items for:
Change of mind
Course completion or dissatisfaction after usage
Damage due to user negligence
Since our courses are digital in nature (videos, PDFs, live classes, downloadable files):

Due to system issues on the user side (low internet, mobile issues)
โ ๏ธ Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable under international digital goods laws (including EU digital directive rules).
This policy is in full compliance with Indian consumer protection laws and aligned with the EU Digital Content Directive 2019/770.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Muktsar Sahib courts, Punjab, India.
